<p>A housing of a handheld mobile device and its molding process are disclosed. Said molding process comprises the steps as follows: a glass part and a supporting part (303) are manufactured, respectively, said glass part is used as a display window (301) of the housing of the handheld mobile device and said supporting part is used as the support of the glass part; the glass part is placed on the supporting part with some offset so that one end of the supporting part extends beyond the glass part; the housing body (304) coating the glass part and the supporting part is formed by means of the injection molding, so the housing of the handheld mobile device is obtained. With the molding process set forth above, the boundary of the display window integrates tightly with the housing body therefore the height difference and the gap are eliminated; the glass display window has high hardness and is not easy to wear; the operation is easy and the follow-up assembly steps can be reduced.</p> |
