PURPOSE: An intermediate shaft of steering apparatus for a vehicle and steering apparatus for the vehicle using the same is provided that the vibration and the noise delivered in driving from outside are absorbed, and the steering feel is improved. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate shaft of steering apparatus comprises a first yoke(210a.210b) and a second yoke(220a,220b). The first yoke is combined in the end part of an inner shaft(124) and an outer shaft(122). The second yoke is combined with the first yoke, comprises an open part(227) and a joint hole(225). The open part is communicated with an inserting hole(229) combined with the steering column or a pinion shaft(230), and is formed so that the side of the clamping portion be opened. In both sides of the joint hole is the clamping portion, the open part is through passed.
