<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a ferrite porcelain which has satisfactory sinterability and insulating properties without causing abnormal grain growth even if firing is made at a low temperature of ≤900°C, and a ceramic electronic part in which co-firing of a ferrite material and an Ag based material is possible. <P>SOLUTION: Ni-Cu-Zn based ferrite porcelain is obtained by including CuO in the range of 1.75 to 7.0 mol%, substituting a part of Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>with Mn<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>in the range of 1.5 to 7.5 mol% (preferably 2 to 5 mol%), and sintering in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of ≤0.1 vol.%. The ceramic electronic part is obtained by co-firing a magnetic substance part 2 formed by the ferrite porcelain and a coil conductor 3 whose main component is Ag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
