<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool having contact release means that allows removal of a contact in a vertical direction at mounting/removal of an FPC with a connector, specifically a B to B connector, installed therein, in which the B to B connector of the FPC to be mounted onto each of inspection objects can be removed without twist or the like so that the connector itself can be prevented from being damaged and at the same time the inspection tool is configured to serve as a guide at mounting/removal. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection tool comprises an inspection substrate on which a connector is mounted and an inspection contact provided on a front end side of the inspection substrate. The inspection tool further comprises contact release means that pushes up a to-be-inspected contact inserted to the inspection contact in a vertical direction so as to release the to-be-inspected contact coupled to the inspection contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
