<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust recovery turbine for improving energy recovery efficiency, and to provide an exhaust heat recovery system. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust recovery system 1 includes: a first storage chamber 102 for storing an impeller section 104 so as to suppress contact with external air; and an expander 10 having first and second magnetic force generation parts 107, 108 for transmitting a rotation energy of the impeller section 104 to a power recovery shaft 109 disposed outside the first storage chamber 102, wherein compression ratio speculated by pressure in upstream and downstream of the impeller section 104 can be increased by maintaining the impeller section 104 to be a lower pressure.
