<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine holding properly insulation quality of a coil end part, suppressing material cost escalation of the stator coil and an increase in iron loss, and suppressing the stator from being grown in size. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 30 has a plurality of sets of coils, because a plurality of conductor segments 36a, which is inserted in an annular stator core 14 and forms a stator winding 36, are inserted into the slot 12 arranged in a radial direction of the stator core 14 bi-directionally from double sides in an axial direction of a rotor integrated into the stator core 14, and coil end parts 36b projected from an opposite side of the inserted side are welded serially if they are in a same phase. The coil end parts 36b of these coils projected to a different direction from the slot 12 are connected by being welded to both ends of an S-shaped type segment 36j which is inserted into the slot 12 and whose ends are projected from double side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
