Electrically controllable velocity and amplitude are formed as regulating parameters, where the apparatus is designed with a solid position stabilizing component via a belt around a patient breast. A piston of the hydraulic cylinder is set in motion by the electrical oil pump. A contact surface of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder on a chest is covered with a soft elastic material.
