The electromagnetic regulating valve (1) has a valve body with an axial feed channel (11) and a radial discharge channel (12) for conveying a fluid. A connecting opening (17) connects the feed cannel with the discharge channel as a bypass. A bypass-plunger (18) actuated by an anchor (22) is operatively connected with a bypass-closing body (18a) for closing the connecting opening.
