<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product inexpensively by reducing a necessary space for packaging, conveying, and storing. <P>SOLUTION: An axial bolt 19, as a rotating shaft member, which passes through a seat plate 9e, is screwed in an intermediate part of a support member body 10a. In a state before a load support device body 8 is mounted on a car guide rail 7, a support member 10 can rotate around the axial bolt 19 in a direction in which the entire support member overlaps with a rail mounting member 9 with respect to the rail mounting member 9.
