<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell hardly causing misuse. <P>SOLUTION: A cell comprises an electrode having an oxidoreductase on a surface. A bio-fuel cell 10 contains one or a plurality of the cells in a container 1.
