PURPOSE: An experimental apparatus for culturing photosynthetic microorganisms by light is provided to grasp optimal condition for culturing the microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: An experimental apparatus for culturing photosynthetic microorganism comprises: a temperature sensor for measuring temperature of a containing chamber(10) for containing a flask(1) which stores the photosynthetic microorganisms; a temperature control device(13) for controlling the temperature of the containing chamber; a light emitting unit which has a plurality red lights and a plurality of blue lights for placing the flask at the upper portion; and a controller which controls the ratio of the red lights and blue lights.
