<p>The method involves carrying out longitudinal and transversal magnetic fields sub-annealings on a magnetic alloy toroidal core with a nano-crystalline structure, where efficient parameters of the fields sub-annealings are equal to integral of ratio between the treating temperature and 100 degree Celsius with respect to time over a period, during which applied magnetic field has intensity higher than an efficient minimum value. The efficient minimum value is set corresponding to the minimum value of magnetic field necessary to magnetically saturate the magnetic core. The magnetic alloy toroidal core is formed with the nano-crystalline structure that is composed of elements selected from a group consisting of vanadium, chromium, aluminum, zinc, germanium, phosphorus, gallium, antimony, indium and beryllium.</p> |
