PURPOSE: A replaceable mono-cell type expansion joint device and a replacement method thereof are provided to rapidly and simply replace a replaceable mono-cell by cutting and crashing a part of post-placed concrete. CONSTITUTION: A replaceable mono-cell type expansion joint device(M) comprises a replaceable mono-cell(10) and a fixed mono-cell(20). The replaceable mono-cell comprises multiple anchor fixing protrusions(13), upper side plates(15), and an upper expansion material(16). The anchor fixing protrusions are integrally protruded from the outer surface of a pair of upper plates(11). The upper side plates are integrally attached ont eh bottom of the upper plates. The upper expansion material is integrally fixed between the upper side plates. The fixed mono-cell comprises a pair of lower side plates(22), a d a lower expansion material(23). The lower expansion material is integrally fixed between the lower side plates. |
