摘要

PURPOSE: Phellinus linteus mycelium drink using cho-jung mineral water, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the functionality of phellinus linteus by using a phellinus linteus culture solution. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of phellinus linteus mycelium drink comprises the following steps: injecting phellinus linteus into a culture medium containing 1.0-3.0%(w/v) of sugar and 0.1-1.0%(w/v) of soybean powder, and cultivating the phellinus linteus; and mixing the obtained fermented phellinus linteus solution with saccharide including oligosaccharide, vitamin C, and cho-jung mineral water.
