PURPOSE: An electric control brake system is provided to prevent the separation of a piston through a piston ring before assembling a pump unit in a modulator block. CONSTITUTION: An electric control brake system comprises a modulator block, a pump unit and a motor unit. The pump unit comprises a piston(140), a piston guide(150), a pump cap(160) and an inlet valve. The piston is movably formed at the bore. The piston guide guides the reciprocation of the piston and has a hanging projection(151). The pump cap is assembled with the piston guide and fixes the piston guide on the modulator block. The inlet valve comprises a shielding member(171), a valve spring(172) and an inlet plate(173). The shielding member blocks the oil passage(141) of the piston. The valve spring elastically supports the shielding member. The inlet plate is combined in the end part of the piston in order to support the valve spring and has a flange portion(174). The flange portion is hung on the hanging projection of the piston guide and prevents the separation of the piston. |
