The present invention relates to a method for establishing a connection between stem-cell sampling carried out on parturients and a health savings financial product, which comprises, in a first step, an artificial person, "Entity", offering the parturient the option of contracting in the name of a beneficiary, which can be herself or the future baby, a financial product with payment in kind, comprising stem cells sampled at the time of birth, sampling a biological collection of placenta tissue containing stem cells from the parturient and splitting the tissue into two biocollections A and B, handed over to an entity, each one of the two biocollections comprising a data medium encoding a cycle of administrative, medical-technical, biological, medical and financial benefits that are specific to said biocollection; in a second step, the parturient taking out the financial product is offered two dematerialised options, one private and the other public, over the two biocollections A and B, the private option being reallocated by the entity to the beneficiary as payment in kind associated with the financial product, the public option being kept by the entity, said options mainly comprising a right of ownership and storage at the premises of a cryogenic storage bank operator during a certain period, and an organised dematerialised procedure enabling said public options to be purchased or exchanged by authorised "health establishments"; in a third step, in the event of intrafamilial medical recommendation, the beneficiary may access biocollection A for related autologous or allogenic use by exercising the private option and, if a health establishment holds a public option, the latter can access biocollection B for unrelated allogenic use, each one of said two types of use being carried out after interpretation of the data cycle and instructions encoded together with each one of the biocollections. |
