<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a rotary electric machine in which outer peripheral surface consisted of laminated steel plates is welded for preventing peel off of the laminated steel plates, capable of suppressing eddy-current loss arising on the weld zone and improving rotation efficiency of the rotary electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 14 of a rotary electric machine 1 comprises: a rotor core 12 formed by laminating a plurality of toric steel plates along an axis of rotation; and a plurality of permanent magnets 13 (magnetic pole) respectively arranged along circumferential direction with a prescribed space and alternating a polarity within the rotor core 12. On an outer peripheral surface or inner peripheral surface of the rotor core 12, a weld zone 21 is formed to join a plurality of steel plates adjacent each other. One end and other end of the weld zone 21 along axis direction of the rotor core 12 are electrically connected in an inclined state with respect to rotation axis of the rotor core 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
