<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine which reduces container waste and can prevent merchandise from overflowing from a container. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic vending machine has: a communicating part for communicating with a server through a network; an RFID reading part for reading a container ID previously stored in an RFID tag attached to a container for accepting merchandise and being an identifier different in each container; a container measuring part for measuring the volume of the container; an authentication information acquiring part for acquiring authentication information for specifying a purchaser from the purchaser; and a control part for transmitting to a server to the effect of inquiring whether the purchaser is a normal user for the container, that is, purchaser information including the container ID and the authentication information when the container is set under a merchandise providing opening, determining whether the volume measured by the container measuring part is sufficient to provide the merchandise upon receiving from the server response information to the effect that the purchaser is the normal user of the container, and providing the container with the merchandise only when the volume is sufficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
