<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder flow rate measuring device capable of performing a more accurate measurement than before. <P>SOLUTION: A powder flow rate measuring device 1 according to the present invention is provided with a cylindrical tube 10 made of an insulation material as a flow channel of powder to be measured; a substantially cylindrical casing 20 disposed to surround the outer circumference of the cylindrical tube 10; and a pair of counter electrodes 40a, 40b fixed on the inner side surface of the casing 20 while interposing a fixing member 30 therebetween, and disposed in a position where a predetermined gap is provided between the counter electrodes and the outer surface of the cylindrical tube 10 as well as between the counter electrodes and the inner surface of the casing 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
