PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the life of a planetary gear reduction mechanism.

SOLUTION: The planetary gear reduction mechanism 38 includes: a sun gear 48 having external teeth 48A constituted by a trochoid tooth profile; an inner gear 50 having internal teeth 50A constituted by a trochoid tooth profile that is provided outside of a radial direction of the sun gear 48; a planetary gear 52 having external teeth 52A constituted by a pin tooth profile capable of being engaged with the external teeth 48A of the sun gear 48 and the internal teeth 50A of the inner gear 50 that is provided in a radial direction between the sun gear 48 and the internal gear 50; and a carrier 54 coaxially provided on the sun gear 48 in which the planetary gear 52 is rotatably supported and revolvably supported to the sun gear 48.
