<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cylinder lock as a common part available for different vehicle models independent from an inner structure of a door by increasing degree of freedom with respect to a retainer insertion direction, and a fitting structure of the vehicular cylinder lock. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder lock 1 inserted into a vehicle door includes a cylindrical body 11, a flange part 12 formed on an end of the body, and four holding portions 13a, 13b, 13c and 13d each radially protruding and forming an angle of 90° with respect to an outer peripheral surface of the body, which face an inner surface of the flange part 12 at an interval. Four holding portions are provided to allow a retainer 15 to be inserted from any one of upper, lower, left and right directions. This make it possible to fit the cylinder lock 1 independent from the inner structure of the door.
