<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of unnecessary cost resulting from management of download data and also to prevent abuse of download data. <P>SOLUTION: A color printer 1 for forming a PDL data image on the basis of the PDL date of a document and printing the document includes: an additional image forming unit 173 for forming an additional image using a version added to a color table if a downloaded color table is a test version color table; an output image forming unit 14 for forming a synthetic image in which the additional image and the PDL data image are synthesized; and an output engine 16 for printing the synthetic image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
