<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation part structure of a rear under mirror for accurately installing the rear under mirror in an upper edge part on the cabin inside of a back door. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning hole 15 is arranged in the back door 2. The rear under mirror 10 is provided with a positioning projection 19 inserted into the positioning hole 15 and positioning the rear under mirror 10 in an installation position fixed on the back door 2. The back door 2 is opened by jumping up maximally, and a worker supports the rear under mirror 10 from below, and fits the positioning projection 19 of the rear under mirror 10 to the positioning hole 15 on the back door 2 side. In that state, the rear under mirror 10 is fastened and fixed to the back door 2 by a bolt 18.
