METAL-DEPOSITED NANO FIBER COMPLEX AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A metal-deposited nanofiber complex and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain an electromagnetic wave shielding function by depositing a metal on nanofiber web which is obtained by spinning a fiber-forming polymer. CONSTITUTION: A metal-deposited nanofiber complex includes nanofiber, nanofiber web, and a metal layer. The nanofiber is obtained by spinning a fiber-forming polymer, and the diameter of the nanofiber is less than 1um. The nanofiber web includes micro pores. The metal layer is formed on one side or both sides of the nanofiber web not to cover the micro pores. Base fabric is further included in the complex in order to improving handling characteristic. A method for manufacturing the complex includes the following: A spinning solution is prepared(S1). The nanofiber web is formed by spinning the spinning solution(S2, S3). The metal layer is formed(S5).
