<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet composition capable of being sufficiently cured by the irradiation with ultraviolet light even a ceramic green sheet layer having a thickness of 2-3 μm or below. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic sheet composition is prepared by incorporating ceramic powder, an acrylated polyvinyl butyral resin, a cross-linking agent and an polymerization initiator. As the cross-linking agent, two or more kinds of acrylate monomers are incorporated or as the polymerization initiator, two or more kinds of photopolymerization initiators are incorporated.
