PURPOSE: A producing method of shabu-shabu using sea eel is provided to enable users to eat the shabu-shabu with stock, sauce, and spring onion kimchi. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of shabu-shabu using sea eel comprises the following steps: removing the skin, the head, the intestines, and the bones of the sea eel; washing the obtained sea eel flesh with water, and removing the moisture using a gauze; slicing the sea eel flesh into the thickness of 1-1.5mm; dipping the sea eel slices into stock for 2-6 seconds; and serving the sea eel slices with vegetables, spring onion kimchi, and sauce. |
