<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus continuously separating a wasted corrugated cardboard into a long fiber and a short fiber by combining specially manufactured pulper dually is provided to save electric energy. CONSTITUTION: A method and an apparatus continuously separating a wasted corrugated cardboard into a long fiber and a short fiber comprises the following steps. After combining two horizontal pulpers and a rotatable screen, the 4 step of defibering a corrugated medium, washing a liner board, defibering a liner board and a discharging foreign objects are followed. The speed of rotation of a first pulper and a second pulper can be varied. A rotatable helix channel is provided for transferring raw material and white water inserted into the first and second pulpers to the opposite side. A multiple metal fragment which specially manufactured is attached to the inside wall of the pulper. The wasted corrugated cardboard put in break into pieces by collision with the metal fragment. While the broken corrugated cardboard separates into the liner board and the corrugated medium, the corrugated medium is defibered first.</p> |
