PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for implementing a hapti-based network virtual environment are provided to reduce construction costs by efficiently using limited resources. CONSTITUTION: A haptic rendering unit(140) provides physical force corresponding to a sensing result to haptic equipment. A graphic rendering unit(150) converts each virtual object to an object stream. The graphic rendering unit allocates a frame rate and a priority to the converted object stream. A tiled display unit(166) displays an image corresponding to the each display.
