PURPOSE: A rope cutter coupling structure for protecting a propeller of a ship is provided to maintain a gap between a propeller boss and a rope cutter by cutting the bottom of the coupling or cutter unit of the rope cutter depending on the installed state of a rope guard. CONSTITUTION: A rope cutter coupling structure for protecting a propeller of a ship comprises a rope guard(100) and a rope cutter. The rope guard is installed between a propeller boss and the stern of a ship. The rope cutter has a cutter unit(210) and a coupling unit(220). The cutter unit is frontward protruded from the rope guard. The coupling unit is coupled to the outer surface of the rope guard.
