PURPOSE: An indoor heat exchange system of an air-conditioner is provided to easily install an outdoor unit for indoor without the damage of window or building wall. CONSTITUTION: An indoor heat exchange system of an air-conditioner comprises a case(1), an air circulation unit(18), a heat exchange unit(20), a switching unit, a controller and an exhaust guide member(36). The case comprises an air inflowing hole and an air discharging hole(14). The heat exchange unit heat-exchanges the inflowing air with the air circulation unit. The switching unit automatically switches a window corresponding to the air inflowing hole and air discharging when installing the case in the building inside. The exhaust guide member is installed in the air discharging hole in a flexible material in order to discharge the air through the window. The case is installed at the top and bottom from the window inner side indoor to outdoor.
