<p>A vibrating drier comprises a drying chamber in U-like form with perforated bottom that is equipped with springy suspensions and vibrator, at that its lower section is installed in the diffuser that is connected to the system of supply-takeoff of drying agent, and gas-distribution grate arranged as a hollow cylinder with perforated side surface, this is placed along axis of the drying chamber sealed by springy inserts, there two mixing paddles with elastic scrapers are placed, those are installed with possibility of movable contact with the surface of perforated bottom of the drying chamber, at one side the hollow cylinder is connected to the system of supply-takeoff of drying agent, besides that, the drying chamber in the upper section has a loading opening, and at the level of the bottom an unloading trough is placed. The drier additionally has two mixing paddles with elastic scrapers that are installed with possibility of movable contact with perforated surface of the hollow cylinder that is installed without possibility of motion on supports, besides that all the mixing paddles with elastic scrapers are attached immovably to the bodies of the bearings connected to the bushing with a pulley that is placed outside the drying chamber.</p> |
