<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer filter paper capable of performing filtration without clogging when an edible oil for fried foods is filtered. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-layer filter paper is characterized in that a hole area passed with an oil is increased by superposing extremely thin absorptive pulp filter paper sheets having a thickness of 10-300 μ in the multi-layer of from 2 sheets to 300 sheets and increasing the volume of the whole of the filter paper, clogging of the surface is reduced by capturing impurities by the whole of the layers, a filtration work is stably performed, and taste of the fried food can be enhanced by outstandingly improving quality of the oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
