<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen analyzer capable of reducing a burden of a user and an input error when performing an order registration. <P>SOLUTION: A biochemical autoanalyzer 1 comprises: an analysis order setting section 10; an analysis order information registration section 11; a current value acquisition section 12; and an analysis order information selection section 13. The analysis order setting section 10 sets an analysis order including a position of a specimen pipe 29 accommodating a specimen, and an analysis content of the specimen. The analysis order information registration section 11 registers analysis order information with which the analysis order and an application condition are associated. The current value acquisition section 12 acquires a current value that corresponds the application condition.
