The second circuit portion is connected parallel to multiple mutually connected capacitors (7), and the third circuit portion is formed by planar, single-piece, meander-shaped metal element (8) i.e. metal sheet, or unilaterally connected capacitors. The metal element is formed from a stack of metal element portions (8.1) that are spaced from each other.
