PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a rail and round pipe of a seat chair is provided to make rapid work possible and to enable a user to arbitrarily adjust an interval of seats. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a rail and round pipe of a seat chair is constituted as follows. A plurality of through-holes(131) are formed in a round pipe. A rail is equipped with a fastener bonding groove(111) and a fastener jaw(115) which are equipped in the central front and rear of the rail. In the upper part of the rail, a settling groove for settling the round pipe is formed. A pin(114) couples the rail and round pipe through the pin inserting hole and through-hole.
