<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition having an action inhibiting selectively a PDE7, enhancing thereby an intracellular cAMP level, and useful for preventing and treating various allergic diseases, an inflammation and an immunological disease, by inhibiting activation of a T cell. <P>SOLUTION: This thienopyrazole derivative is a thienopyrazole derivative expressed by formula (I), wherein preferably R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a cyclohexyl group, a cycloheptyl group or a tetrahydropyranyl group, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is a methyl group, R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>is hydrogen atom, and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>is a group: -CONR<SP POS="POST">5</SP>R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>in which any of R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>is hydrogen atom, and the pharmaceutical composition containing a pharmacologically permitted salt thereof as an active component, and is a PDE7 inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
