<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce image reflection of illumination light. <P>SOLUTION: A writing and drawing image pickup device includes a transparent plate on which a writing and drawing document is placed facedown, lighting for illuminating the transparent plate from below, a camera 1 which images a document surface of the writing and drawing document from below, a flash memory 15 which previously stores image reflection correction data obtained by imaging only illumination light reflected by the transparent plate by the camera 1, and a subtraction unit 20 which calculates differences between values of image data of the writing and drawing document output from the camera 1 and values of the image reflection correction data by pixels, and outputs correction image data. Further, the writing and drawing image pickup device includes a coefficient arithmetic unit 17 which outputs a coefficient which is smaller than 1 when a luminance value of the image data on the writing and drawing document exceeds a predetermined value, and a multiplication unit 18 which multiplies values of the respective pixels of the image reflection correction data before being input to the subtraction unit 20 by the coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
