A method for producing of thermoelectric material comprises the preparation of starting components containing mercury, manganese, sulfur, growth of solid solutions by Brydzhment’s method, production of thermoelectric material samples and annealing of samples in sulfur vapors. Tellurium is added in composition of starting components and the latter are in the ratio determined by stochiometric composition of solid solution of HgMnTeS, and prepared samples of thermoelectric material are additionally annealed in mercury vapors. |
