The invention refers to a module for filling bottles with liquid propane-butane mixture and basic compounds connected to auto - LPG station having a 5 m3 overground LPG tank and to a process of handling. The module according to the invention is made of an electronic device for bottles' weighting-correction provided with an electronical volume batching connected to the pump of the auto - LPG station by using a GEMÜ controlling valve, and of an emptying-correction device which makes the correction and empties the bottle in case of overfilling or in case of an error when a gas proofness test is made by using a manual compressor-pump. The process of handling the module according to the invention consists of opening the GEMÜ controlling valve through the command of filling and weighting device which allows the transport of a propane-butane mixture towards a filling pistol connected to a gas bottle; when finishing the filling, the weighting device will command the closing of the GEMÜ controlling valve. |
