<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet-recording aqueous pigment dispersion having good dispersibility and dispersion stability important to printing for inkjet recording, and besides excellent in image density of a printed image as well as scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous pigment dispersion is produced through steps of: producing a pigment dispersion solid at room temperature by kneading a mixture of a pigment, styrene-acrylic resin, basic compound and wetting agent; and adding an aqueous medium to the solid pigment dispersion and agitating to liquefy. By adding a specific phosphoric ester-based surfactant using a specific method, a high printed image density and improved scratch resistance can be obtained while maintaining good dispersibility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
