<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever float type drain trap capable of preventing damage to a float when a lever is further rotated in a valve closing direction from a position in which a valve element closes a valve port, and when the lever is further rotated in a valve opening direction from a position in which the valve element fully opens the valve port. <P>SOLUTION: An inlet 1, a valve chamber 6, and an outlet 2 are formed in a casing constituted of a body 3 and a cover body 4. The valve port constituted of a first valve port 7 and a second valve port 8 communicating the valve chamber 6 with the outlet 2 is formed in a lower part of the valve chamber 6. The float 13 is connected to the lever 12 rotating around an oscillating shaft 11 supported in the valve chamber 6, and the valve element is connected, constituted of a first valve element 19 and a second element 20 opening and closing the valve port. A short pipe 21 to be inserted with the lever 12 is fixed in the valve chamber 6. When the lever 12 is further rotated in the valve closing direction from the position in which the valve element closes the valve port, the lever 12 abuts on an inner face lower end 22 of the short pipe 21, and when the lever 12 is further rotated in the valve opening direction from the position in which the valve element fully opens the valve port, the lever 12 abuts on an inner face upper end 23 of the short pipe 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
