PURPOSE: A producing method of flour containing herbs, and the flour is provided to improve the functionality of the flour, and to prevent the loss of effective components of the herbs. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of flour containing herbs comprises the following steps: washing the herbs; mixing 100 parts of washed herbs by weight and 80-120 parts of sugar by weight; fermenting the herb mixture at room temperature in an airtight condition for 25-35 days; filtering the fermented mixture to obtain a fermented herb extract; drying the fermented herb extract to obtain herb powder; and mixing 100 parts of flour by weight and 1-20 parts of fermented herb powder by weight. |
