<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rise of heater wires under a seated condition while a seat surface is efficiently heated by arranging the heater wires on the seat surface side, and to eliminate or reduce feeling of foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: The outer surface of a cushion pad 12 is covered with a seat cover member 14, and the seat cover member 14 is formed of a skin 16 and a cover pad 18. heater wires 20 for heating the seat surface are arranged between the rear face of the skin 16 and the cover pad 18. The cover pad 18 of the seat cover member 14 is formed to have such a hardness that is compressed and deformed when seated, wherein the cushion pad 12 is harder than the cover pad 18 and formed to have such a hardness that holds a seated posture of a seated person. On the outer surface of the cushion pad 12 corresponding to the arranged position of the heater wires 20 arranged in the seat cover member 14, there are formed recessed grooves 30 in which the heater wires 20 can be embedded, concurrently with the seat cover member 14 compressed and deformed when seated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
