<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a wireless communication device having gain switching, a phase difference occurs in a reception signal with the gain switching. <P>SOLUTION: In a low noise amplifier (LNA) which changes the gain of an input signal, when the gain is switched, the phase difference occurs between a signal outputted from the LNA and the signal outputted before the switching. By disposing a phase adjustment unit in the post-stage of a down conversion mixer unit, the phase difference caused by the gain switching is cancelled, thereby reducing reception errors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
