The device has a sail bar (3) fed along a longitudinal axis on a set of dots or portions at a sail (1). A connection between the sail bar and the sail does not impede rolling of the sail during rigging, de-rigging, reefing, folding and cutting scrolling against a sail reinforcer. A mechanical fixation is performed via a clip, seizing, resilient hose, braided fabric hose, corset lacing and ring or profile slider. Sail cloth is clamped opposite to the sail bar.
