<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange system which is excellent in a search function and a storage space reduction function on a receiver side and enables ex-post change of description content and will not generate risk of lack of business card on a transmitter side. <P>SOLUTION: An information exchange system comprises a mobile reader writer which can perform short-distance wireless communication with a noncontact IC chip built in a mobile terminal and a server connected to the mobile terminal through a communication network.
