Distribution block of a telecommunication device

The block has distributor rails (10) including connections units with contact springs (15). The springs form an a-connection and a b-connection at a front side of each rail to contact with signal-guiding a-wires and b-wires and an s-connection to contact with non-signal guiding s-wires of telecommunication cables. Each rail is attached to a shielding unit (18) to electrically connect the springs that are attached to the s-connection with a device. The shielding unit contacts the springs on the front side of the rail appearing before separation contacts that are formed by the springs.
