PURPOSE: A riverside member for making a natural riverside and a method of constructing a natural riverside are provided to make surrounding environment beautiful by making a natural riverside harmonizing with surrounding environment. CONSTITUTION: A method of constructing a natural riverside is as follows. River bed generated on a river during construction, and a filling member like sand and willow branches easily obtained from surrounding environment, are filled in a natural sack(110). The natural sack is installed on a part making contact with wave on the riverside. The natural sack is fixed to the ground on each corner of the natural sacks continuously arranged along the riverside, using a fixing member like a fixing pile. The natural sack moves by wave and slowly has a natural curve corresponding to the course of river of the riverside.
