PURPOSE: A heat discharge apparatus of an LED module and an LED headlight for a vehicle using the same are provided to constantly maintain the variation of heat discharge performance by discharging heat from the LED module with latent heat of phase change materials. CONSTITUTION: A heat base(110) receives heat from an LED module(10). A heat discharge case(120) forms a sealed space(121) inside. A plurality of heat discharge pins(130) is arranged in the outer wall of the side(120a) of the heat discharge case. Phase change materials(140) are changed while circulating in the sealed space. A capillary tube(160) forms a connection path(162) which connects a condensing chamber(123) to a capillary hollow(161).
