<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI that requires less fuse memory to which correction data for correcting detection outputs Sx and Sy of geomagnetic sensors is written. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of shipping inspection of the LSI, correction coefficients a11 to a22 of magnetic sensors are measured. Correction data D1 to D4 determined from the correction coefficients a11 to a22 is written to a fuse memory 15. In detection of geomagnetism, a control circuit 8 takes the detection output Sx and Sy of magnetic sensors 10 and 11 into an internal register. The correction data D1 to D4 is read from the fuse memory 15. With the correction data D1 to D4, the detection output Sx and Sy is corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
